• Visualize the Eckasha Code inside your forehead. 

• Inhale visualizing the symbol inside your  pineal gland.

• Exhale while pushing the Eckasha symbol down your vertical column into the core of the Earth.

• Inhale and visualize the Eckasha symbol on a disc of pale silver light extending outward through the entire body of the Earth and out into the atmosphere creating a Maharic Shield.

• Exhale and cause the Eckasha Maharic shield to spin.

• Inhale and pull the Earth’s Maharic Shield up to your personal Maharic Shield 12 inches below your feet trailing a 4 inch vertical column of pale silver light from the core of the Earth.

• Inhale and pull the Eckasha Maharic Shield up through your body and feel the energy filling every cell in your body.
